I’ve finally leveled up in my Filipino cuisine skills…. Pampanga chicken longganisa from Weeee!
Cook from frozen. simmer with water on stovetop for about 20 min until fully defrosted (poke each sausage with fork to test for done-ness). Drain and cut off individual sausages (they come in 1 big link). Transfer to air fryer. 400 temp for about 20 min until nice and crispy. Sarap!
