説明

Wt.  350g, green onion, garlic sprout, ginger, can be processed based on your preference

 

Recommended Cooking Method:

1. Set aside the fried pork.

2. Add cooking oil to the pan, add minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add minced meat, stir-fry until hot,
add Pork and stir-fry until pork becomes soft.

3. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt and sugar, adjust according to personal taste, stir well so that the seasoning is evenly coated on the pork

4. Finally, stir-fry over low heat until the soup is thick, and stir constantly during the process to avoid burning.

5. After frying, remove from the pan and sprinkle with chopped green onions as garnish.
