So tasty and fresh ! Has great smoky flavor! What I love about this business is they use vacuum sealed aluminum containers instead of plastic one, much healthier and thoughtful way of packaging. Two thumbs up!

Very convenient to add to hot pot; it goes well with almost anything.

Too much fat, incredibly greasy! It doesn't taste like Harbin red sausage at all. I recommend avoiding it!
