the package came frozen in an insulated bag with ice pack inside. great shipping/delivery from weee! each jumeokbap (rice ball) is individually packed so you can easily bring it to work and heat it up at work. the flavor is ok, savory, nothing stands out too much, but not bad at all. i suggest eating it with some sauce like gochujang or ketchup. the size of each rice ball is a bit smaller than expected bc the picture on the package made it seem like itd be bigger lol
