This product is roasted Li Zao Ren and has already been processed by roasting. It can be rinsed and used directly for brewing, simmering, or cooking with other ingredients. No additional stir-frying is needed.
How to Use:
Li Zao Ren Tea
Use 10–15g of Li Zao Ren. Lightly crush before brewing, then steep in hot water for 10–15 minutes. It can be paired with longan, goji berries, or red dates for added flavor.
Li Zao Ren Red Date Porridge
Cook 50g of rice or brown rice with 10g Li Zao Ren and 5 red dates. Simmer for about 40 minutes until thickened. Add rock sugar or honey if desired.
Li Zao Ren Longan Lotus Seed Soup
Use 10g Li Zao Ren, 10g dried longan, 15g lotus seeds, and 5 red dates. Add about 800ml water and simmer for around 40 minutes. Sweeten to taste if desired.
