Pretty much exactly what it sounds like - Buldak noodles in dumpling form. Skin is thin and crisps up easily when pan-fried. My husband says it seems less spicy than the noodles because the skin isn’t spicy, but the spice level seems comparable to me.

I've had these spicy dumplings few years ago and I remembered it was spicy and tasty. However, this time I got was completely different flavor. I swear they changed its recipe to nurf the spice and umami. There's no umami and hardly any spice there. Tasted horrible. I'm so disappointed. I will never buy this again!!!
