日本語下にあります！ It’s vacuum-packed so fresh and lasts long! Had as a spicy salad! First, I rinsed the shredded tofu cause I felt they were somehow little bit oily. Not sure if it’s necessary or not. Then, add chopped cilantro, cucumber and seasoned with sesame oil, sea salt and chili bean sauce(Toban Djan). This is good for summer when you don’t have much appetite! 日本の鼎泰豊のサンラータン麺が大好きで、それにこの白干絲が刻まれて載っていたのを覚えています。また食べたい！と思い購入しましたが、サンラータンではなく他の方が投稿されていた、パクチーごま油塩を参考に、きゅうりと豆板醤を加えてさっぱりピリ辛にしてみたら大正解でした！真空パックになっていて、賞味期限は半年後で長持ちします。ほぐしている時にほんの少しですがオイリーなのが気になったので水ですすぎ洗いしました。火を使わずにあっという間に完成するのが夏に最高です！

暑くなってくると、この豆腐麺とたっぷりのcilantro、味付けは胡麻油と少しの塩のみで、サラダのようにして、よく食べます。
