This limited edition Baijiu is categorized as a Strong Aroma Baijiu which is considered the most popular of the Baijiu styles. Strong Aroma comes in two varieties: simple grain and mixed grain. Due to its blend of sourghum, rice, wheat, and corn, Shui Jing Fang is considered mixed grain. The flavors are full-bodied with fruits like pear and plum. Smooth yet intense. Most often drunk neat, but also used in cocktails. The perfect accompaniment to Sichuan cuisine.
