I enjoyed experimenting with this vegan beef after checking out reviews. Most said that these little chunks of beef don't taste "meaty." However, after tearing the chunks into smaller pieces and adding a some greens, spices and gravy, this stir fry took on a life of its own. I will absolutely buy them to make this dish again! They're very modestly priced so I will continue to buy multiple sacks! There are eight sizable chunks wrapped individually per pack.
