This was a very generously sized bag of atta, but I've already used up so much... it has a good earthy flavor and can be used to make gluten free roti, paratha, chapati, etc. I personally blend 3 parts of this with 1 part potato starch to improve the texture and flexibility of the final product; experiment and see what works best for you.
This product is great value and has a fairly good taste. Will buy again if it returns.
