Small but very good!

Fish are fresh

The belt fish was supposed to be frozen fresh, but one of them arrived in a spoiled condition. The other one was still edible but not particularly fresh. Disappointing overall.

Looks okay from the packaging, the Ribbon fish is well frozen, but the eyes looked a bit yellowish, which from my experience is not a good sign of freshness. Will update when it is thawed for cooking.
