Brewing Methods
Gongfu Style (Traditional Method)
Use 3.5 grams of tea in a gaiwan or small teapot. Pour in 120ml of boiling water, rinse quickly, then steep for 30 seconds. Re-steep multiple times, adjusting timing as needed.
Boiling Method
Add 600ml of purified water to a kettle and bring to an initial boil. Add 3.5 grams of tea, bring to a full boil, then reduce to a gentle simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Thermos
Use a ceramic-lined insulated pot. Tea-to-water ratio: 1:200. Add boiling water, seal tightly, and let steep for 2 hours before drinking.
