This was very nice…very lemony, mild flavor w hints from the peanut & curry leaf…would be a nice accompaniment to any dal or curry. Has a beautiful yellow color as advertised, fresh & nice presentation. The texture of the rice itself was very unique & not like other starchy rice, was smooth like orzo or a basmati
