Decent for making a bowl of bun bo hue. It's not as good as the real deal from a good restaurant I frequent, but it also doesn't cost me $15/bowl. I'd repurchase.

One box has 4 cubes. I used 2 cubes for a large soup for 4. Very convenient and economical.
