It tastes pretty good, but very sugary (whopping 5g of added sugar per table spoon). I am using it as a finishing sauce, but not for cooking.

It is so delicious, and I use it a lot! Ramen dishes, and vegetables and mushrooms benefit from this!

1st time purchase this sauce hope will be good have not try it yet. I have purchased the premium soya sauce same brand it was good to use for marinating.

I prepared mushrooms fried rice with wan janshan vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce and the result was amazing. I will definitely recommend it.
