Steam for 15 minutes, perfectly cooked. The fillings are decent amount, bamboo shoots added great texture to the buns. Let it cool off a bit before bite into it, great quality pork buns!

This is the first time I order this pork and bamboo buns. It’s perfectly shaped and sized. I used a wet paper towel cover the bun and heat up in the microwave. It didn’t get soggy and very taste. I will definitely.buy it again!
