Wild Caught Shortfin/Layang Scad 2 파운드

This is my first time purchasing Wild Caught Short Fin Scad. It caught my eyes because it is Wild caught. It arrived packed in ice and frozen. Note that it to be cleaned. There is 10 fish in a pack; one was very mushy which had to be discarded. I washed with vinegar and salt; seasoned with herbs and spices of my choice with lemon juice, breaded and fried. The flesh is quite firm and very meaty and tasty ( almost like eating mackerel). Careful, there are bones, but not in between the flesh. Not a trouble to remove. Here it served with split peas rice. Just recommend this fish . I’m definitely repurchasing this delicious and nutritious fish.. 👍👍👍👍👍😋😋😋😋😋

Good quality and price. Great with pakbet and other Fiipino vegetable dishes.

They’re big. However, I don’t like their flavor and many tiny bones. They’re not enjoyable to eat.
