Super delicious this potato flour.

I wanted to like this, especially since I bought 3 packs at once. I enjoy hot and sour noodles--usually vermicelli or potato/sweet potato noodles for their texture and because the spicy soup flavoring gets absorbed more. These noodles didn't break apart easily when I boiled them, and most broke into small bits. The soup base was surprisingly sweet, which I did not enjoy. I did like that it came with lotus root, kelp, and potato slices, but they're probably pickled to help with preservation, and even after blanching them, were still quite sour. Overall, didn't love.
