Waaaay too sweet. washing sauce off rinsing in water afterwards it still tastes like candy.

Very good I like it

It has a bit intense vinegar taste on first day delivery, also I only warmed it for 3 min. On 2nd day, I tried to warm it for 4 min, tasted much better, the sauce is more saturated. The only downside is the pork, it's too hard, not as soft as this type of dish should serve, hence 4 star for this delivery. Howrver I will order again to be fair.

Is the fish-flavored pork shreds fried with sour bamboo shoots? The sour bamboo shoots in the hot and sour rice noodle. I am really impressed. It is neither sour nor sweet nor spicy. The taste is really hard to describe. I cannot appreciate it.
