I thought this was really really delicious! It contains no meat or dairy, but it’s so rich and filling. There was too much food for me, but that’s not a complaint (might feed three if you have rice). Not too oily either. I cooked it outside because I knew it would have a strong smell. The vegetables didn’t taste dried. They tasted fine. It also heated perfectly! Bonus: Everything is there for cooking without a kitchen.
