Instead of using the steamer, I used a really moist paper towel over these dumplings and then microwaved them for 90 secs. These are so easy to prepare and their taste is not bad for frozen. The dumpling skins aren't too thick like other frozen ones I've tried. The kids liked it, so I will continue buying it. The only downside is that the dumplings don’t have a strong ginger flavor. I’ll eat these with some chili oil and soy sauce.
