Description: I tried air frying these but my air fryer oven cooks too fast and the glutinous rice was undercooked. So I had to microwave them for a few seconds and it got chewy. The outside has the crunch from the millet flour. I thought it might come out better if I fried them in oil. The outside was crispy but still raw on the inside. So I just microwaved them again and it was fine.

에어프라이어로 해봤는데 에어프라이어 오븐이 너무 빨리 익어서 찹쌀이 덜 익었어요. 그래서 전자레인지에 몇 초간 돌렸더니 쫄깃쫄깃해졌어요. 겉은 기장가루로 아삭아삭합니다. 기름에 튀기면 더 잘 나올 것 같다는 생각이 들었습니다. 겉은 바삭했지만 속은 아직 익지 않았습니다. 그래서 다시 전자레인지에 돌렸더니 괜찮았습니다.
