Ingredients:

  • 500g Napa cabbage
  • 100g lean meat
  • Some ginger
  • Some scallion
  • Enough oil for frying
  • Enough salt
  • Enough white pepper
  • Enough cooking wine

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dice the Napa cabbage into large pieces, dice the lean meat into small slices, and cut the ginger and onion into strips.

  2. Heat the frying pan without oil, add the slices of lean meat and fry until they change color, then add the ginger and onion strips and fry for a few seconds.

  3. Add the diced Napa cabbage and stir-fry until it becomes soft.

  4. Add enough salt, white pepper, and cooking wine to taste, and keep stirring-frying until the vegetables are fully cooked.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy.
