Tasting Notes:

The dry tea leaves appear greenish-brown with hints of orange-red and have thick, plump strands. Observing the tea liquor from a glass cup, its color is a deep orange-red (darker than that of high mountain Rougui). The aroma has a slight smoky, roasted scent, and the tea has a sweet taste, making it enjoyable to drink. I used a small amount of tea leaves when brewing and poured the tea into a fairness cup after 10 to 20 seconds. When the tea cools, a noticeable bitterness and astringency become apparent.

Brewing Tips:

It is recommended to use a lidded bowl for brewing. Pour boiling water at 100°C slowly along the bowl's inner wall and immediately pour it out to rinse the tea leaves. Refill with water, wait for about 30 seconds, and then pour the tea into a fairness cup. Allow the tea to cool to a suitable drinking temperature before enjoying. The tea leaves can be brewed multiple times.
