The package states that Din Tai Fung uses this flour so I definitely had to try it. The flour is good quality and very fine. I used it to make mantou and I can taste the difference compared to American all purpose flour. It is very springy and tastes great! However, one bag is only 2.2 lbs so there is only enough to make 2 batches. Highly recommend you to try it out!
