a lot bigger and more meat than i expected. planning to have a yakiniku night at home with my family and make these into skewers. beautiful marbling and came fully frozen.

I purchased the meat on discount, which seemed like a good deal at the time. However, when I cooked it, I found it a bit tough and challenging to chew. Additionally, there was a slight odor that wasn't very pleasant. While the price was appealing, the quality didn't quite meet my expectations.

just ok, not as tender as I thought it would be

Not 12oz as claimed. Only 11oz. Made shaky beef with this and it got a bit tough like other lower grade cuts of beef. I was hoping it to be tender like filet mignon.
