A convenient all-purpose liquid dashi that can be used in a variety of dishes. Made with 100% Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido. The natural umami and flavor are extracted using our own traditional boiling method, resulting in a concentrated liquid dashi. It features a pleasant aroma and a mellow umami flavor.
