I absolutely love this mochi! The walnut/ sesame stuffing is delicious and the texture of the mochi is perfect. First time trying it, and am so glad I did!

Cooks easily in my rice cooker. I rinsed, then soaked for 30 minutes . Equal part rice and water. I will experiment with new dishes using this rice!
