Another kitchen staple. This is much easier to use for meat rolls (ngoh hiang) and not salty at all.

I use this to make tofu skin dessert, very good.

It looks kind of dark when frozen, but once thawed, it's fine to use. I made some fillings, then rolled it up with the tofu skin. It's great no matter steam or fry.
