I’ve used dry tofu skin before, but this was my first time ordering, cooking, and possibly eating fresh yuba sheets. They were fantastic! I peeled apart and tore into chunks to stir fry with bok choi, garlic, ginger, and chili. Will definitely be ordering again.

Oh my GOD this stuff is awesome! I have a Chinese cookbook (I live in the United States, and I'm of European descent) and there was a recipe where you get this and cook it with tomatoes and ketchup and a few other things... it turned out amazing! HIGHLY recommend
