How to use

Warm compress (microwave)

Heat for 1 minute only.

If it feels lukewarm by hand, it’s ready (overheating can cause burns).

Use rotating-plate microwaves only.

Place on a glass plate or heat-resistant dish (do not place directly on metal).

Cold compress (freezer)

Put in a zip bag and freeze for at least 30 minutes.

Care

Remove the inner pack and wash cover only.

Hand wash gently with mild detergent (use a laundry net if machine washing).

Wash separately at first (natural dye may bleed).

Avoid dryer use to keep it in good condition.

Notes
