Aromatic and smooth with a well-rounded flavor. The Tokubetsu Junmai sake has the qualities of Junmai sake, but with the "Ginjo" grade rice-polishing ratio. Ichinokura Tokubetsu Junmai has a mild aroma that makes it an excellent versatile sake to pair with different foods. With varying temperatures, the taste changes: chilled with a balanced umami flavor and a crisp aftertaste; room-temperature with a slight aging aroma and a strong hint of Junmai rice flavor; and warm with a full-bodied, pleasantly sweet taste. Pairs exceptionally well tempura and sashimi.
