It’s pretty good. It does have more of the oats than the konjac rice. I like it especially if I want to eat rice right away instead of having to wait until the rice cooker is done but also focusing on eating healthy rice. I’m always looking for ways to help my mom eat healthier rice as well so I think this is a good choice to start with.

Ordered multiple packs of these, such a wonderful substitute for everyday rice if you’re trying to cut back on carbs. The extra fiber from the konjac is great too. Highly recommend, hope there will be more konjac rice products becoming available on here!

Expensive for the price

Love this! Perfect alternative with much more nutrient than regular rice. Only downside is portion is a lot smaller.

I love white rice, and I've tried so many rice substitutes while dieting but gave up because they were all pretty bad. I bought this because my boyfriend is still dieting. I made him a plate with it and porkchops and it was delicious. so delicious that I made myself a plate. Will definitely be buying again.
