Best brand for nian gao

I bought this rice cake every year, and the quality this year is really bad. It melts as soon as I put it on fry pan. I put it on slow low heat, not high heat. I think they change the recipe or formula and the quality went down significantly. Very disappointed by it.

Just enough for 1-2 people for the coming Chinese new year.
