2nd time buying it! Chewy yet soft The noodles are just the right amount of chewy but very smooth and shiny. Feels like fresh noodles in Vietnam. When boiled, it doesn't absorb as much water and is quicker than other noodle brands.

The noodles are chewy, clear, and very delicious. Let them cool and put them in the fridge. When you need to take them out, just microwave them and they will be soft and chewy again, not hard.
