This stem roasted green tea from the Goka series is made using a blend of only Japanese tea leaves carefully selected by Morihan's tea masters.
By lightly roasting the stems produced during the production of sencha and gyokuro, the bitterness and astringency are almost completely eliminated, resulting in a mellow richness and sweetness that stands out.
