Nitto Brewery's Karaage Base 150ml is a marinade seasoning made with shiro tamari, a type of white soy sauce, with plenty of domestic ginger and garlic, and seasoned with mirin and rice vinegar. Simply rub one tablespoon (approximately 15ml) into 200g of chicken, leave for 30 minutes, then coat with potato starch and fry to easily create juicy, flavorful fried chicken.
