Tasting Note:
The dry tea is dark black with a hint of orange-red. The tea infusion is orange-red, with a strong floral aroma, honey fragrance, and a hint of mint. The taste is sweet and smooth.
Brewing Tips:
Use a gaiwan for brewing with a tea-to-water ratio of 1:30. The water temperature should be between 90°C and 95°C (194°F to 203°F). Let the tea steep for about 10 seconds.
