Okonomiyaki Flour is much needed. My first time making it and followed the pkg direction. it turned out delicious. I didn't have the aonori powder so I used seaweed flakes instead. But I did buy the bonito flakes, the okonomi sauce, and the cabbage for filling. I used turkey as well. Next time I am going to try to put bacon. But overall, it was delicious!
