In 1977, Otokoyama Daiginjo became the first Sake in the world to win Mond-Selection. A majority of the process is handled by hand and the best quality Yamada-Nishiki rice is ground to a 38% level, which is why quality speaks for itself here. With aromas of green apple, this sake is elegant and dynamic. This is a very fruity, round taste with a silky texture and a long, velvety aftertaste. Pair with light foods such as seafood, vegetable tempura, oysters, and carpaccio.
