Full Set Includes:
1. Organic Beijing Roast Duck Set
• Sliced roast duck (500g+)
• Julienned scallions & cucumbers (1 box)

• Duck carcass (pre-cut with spices)
Ingredients: Organic duck, wheat flour, water, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, soy sauce, sweet bean sauce (soybeans, wheat flour, salt, sugar), scallion, cucumber, spices.

Custard Lava Mooncake (1 pc): Wheat flour, butter, egg, milk powder, milk, cream, coconut milk, salted egg yolk, sugar.

Reheating Instructions
Duck Meat
1. Oven: Preheat to 350°F, heat duck slices for 10 minutes (no foil cover; layer slices, place skin-on slices on top).
2. Air Fryer: Heat at 350°F for 5 minutes.
Pancakes
• Best steamed: place in boiling steam for 5–7 minutes.
• Microwave: 20–30 seconds (may be slightly dry).

Duck Soup Recipe
1. Chop duck carcass into pieces.
2. Heat oil in a wok; add star anise, bay leaf, ginger, scallion, stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add duck carcass, stir-fry for 1 min.
4. Add cold water (about 2/3 of ingredient volume).
5. Bring to boil for 15 min, then add napa cabbage and tofu.
6. Season with salt & white pepper, simmer another 15 min.
7. Garnish with scallion & cilantro before serving.
