Very clean! All small pairs have been removed, there is no gamey smell and very tender! Perfect for pickled pig's ears -- tastes very fresh and very crisp!

There was about 5 pig ears in one bag which I used for sisig and the others for papaitan. It was clean as well, so I’ll repurchase from here.

It's my first time ordering this. I'm satisfied with the quality. I made some sisig last night. it's delicious.

Throwing this away it smells really bad even after boiling it with salt, vinegar and putting in bay leaves. It smells like meat of a boar or male old pig 🤮
