Very good snack. They are thinly sliced pork belly pieces fried and tossed with a seasoning blend. They are tough and the rind is very challenging to chew, but the flavor is good. I'm going to toss them in the air fryer and see if I can get them a bit crisper and easier to chew.

These cracklings, ain't cracklings. Just chewy soft bacon. I'm going to try and air fry them and hopefully I'll get a crack.

Hard as a rock. I decided to cut them up and give to my dog. My dog had a hard time chewing them

幾片都沒炸透的五花肉片，根本就不是油渣，因為不新鮮還撒了很多五香粉，再不會回購

Im very disappointted to pork belly crackling…i thought it was very crispy but it was not… the product is over cooked , very hard to chew and very gummy… i just want to try ao i can order some of them … thats the reason why i bought gourmet product …i made a mistake for buying this product……
