Wow this amazing for low carb noodle . I made pad thai with it and was truly delicious. Soaking the favor of the sauce and provide nice aldente texture but low carb and high protein . Just wish is was lower price . So much better than konjac noodle

Really soft. Nice texture no tofu or bean smell

I prefer this brand. Tried a couple different ones they were either too thick, or some weird edge or just didn’t taste fresh. This one works each and every time.
