Used this product for hot pot. Pretty chewy but I love the texture. I do recommend it.

Comes frozen and needs to thaw out before using. Packaged as wide pieces, so need to trim smaller before using. A good addition to hotpot.

The frozen tripe was nicely sliced and cooked easily in a hot pot. There just isn’t a lot of tripe for what you pay for. It would be cheaper to buy tripe and prep it yourself.
