This noodle is so delicious. I made Malaysian Mee Goreng (Spicy Fried Noodles) with Beef and it doesn’t break apart or get soggy. I boiled it for 3 minutes, put in cold water to stop the cooking process and drained right away. I also added some oil to keep them from sticking together. This is per the instructions on the package.

Here’s my Chinese style noodles using dried egg noodle
