Good amount of protein, simple ingredients just ground fish and seasoning. I laid it flat and baked it to make fish chips. It is lightly seasoned so could also add some more seasoning to taste

Fish paste box is small. Taste OK. I will buy again.

I used it to make Tod Munn(fish cake)

Chewy and flavorful. You have to thaw it and then mix it for about 5-10 minutes to make it chewier. I added fresh dill, black pepper, chili and other spices to make fried fish cake
