Didn't know peach gum can have that different in shape and quality. This one got a lot of debris, so need to soaked it until it soft enough to remove the debris stuck inside of it, while the one I bought from other brands, I just dumped it in the water and boil it ahead of other ingredients. But this one almost half priced compared to other brand. I guess if you don't mind the soaking and removing the debris then this one is good. but if you forgot to soaked it overnight and don't want to deal with remove the debris, then this one will not work because it will dirty your sweet soup.

My first time buying it. I am no quality inspector but if you know how to, please see my uploaded picture.
