Yuki Foods' "Gentle Flavored Flying Fish Dashi 110g" is a granulated dashi with a refined and gentle flavor based on flying fish and bonito. It uses no artificial seasonings and is adjusted with yeast extract powder to bring out the natural umami of the ingredients. It can be used in a wide range of Japanese dishes, including miso soup, udon, hot pot, chawanmushi, takikomi gohan (rice cooked with ingredients), and simmered dishes, and can also be used in Western cuisine.
