I’ve never had this before and I’m glad I tried it! It is very tasty and easy to make. It’s spicy and sour, and the noodle has a nice texture that’s both crunchy and chewy. Will buy again!

These sweet potato noodles were pan-fried. They gave a lot of chili powder, more than we could use. The taste was okay, though, since we couldn't get Chongqing-style roasted sweet potato noodles in a foreign country.

I haven't had sweet potato noodles in a long time. I bought some to try when I saw they were available.

It's ok. I can't use up all the ingredients for one person, so I have to save them.
